Super cute little store, also has groceries, frozen produce and Japanese ice creams! There are quite a few things I find here that I can’t elsewhere around town. Fast, delicious sushi. I love the sit down/eat in tables area.

My absolute favorite sushi place! It's super cute inside, and the food is absolutely amazing! I recommend trying the miso ramen, because it's hard to find one like that in the area! You can tell there is a lot of care put into the food your served!
One word: Authentic. If you're looking for Authentic Japanese Sushi you've found it! If you've been to Japan you will feel the authenticity here. The chef/owner is accommodating, genuine and knows exactly how to prepare perfect sushi. We had sockeye salmon sashimi, along with spicy scallop, spicy (sockeye) and spicy albacore tuna rolls. We requested gluten free which was accommodated with most dishes being gluten free with the exception of some marinated dishes(shiitake role) and the Tempura. We felt welcomed and honestly like we were sitting in Japan. It was perfect. We'll be back (probably tomorrow)
Very small family run Japanese restaurant and grocer. People running this establishment very friendly and appreciative of your patronage. Menu is posted on the wall, to left of cashier. They specialize in sushi but have rice and noodle bowls as well as soup. I ordered the Original Ramen Miso soup for 10. It was delicious with just the right amount of spiciness and wonderful flavours. It takes a short while for your order to come but they make it from scratch so worth the wait. Will definitely return to try their other menu options.
My friend and I came here for the first time. It's a lovely little restaurant which has some Japanese inspired products being sold on the side. They have a small menu primarily consisting of rolls. It is absolutely delicious (we had the flam-seared yam rolls and the Best Couple Rolls. The Best Couple Rolls were the best. We also had tempura prawns which was more Chinese Deep Fried Prawns rather than the tempura images conjured in our brains. The plates are a lovely touch. You pay at the counter before your food comes, but we tipped after the meal as they do have a tip jar. We paid approximately 21.50 4 pieces of tempura prawn, 8 flam seared yam rolls, and 8 best couple rolls after tax but before tip. The young man and woman working were both very friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant if you want to try some of the unique rolls.
The sushi is insanely good!! You could say it’s a hidden gem! Everything is made freshest and the service is very kind. I’ll come back!
I love being able to walk to this little sushi spot for lunch. Their 15 Bento Boxes and Spicy Miso Ramen always hit the spot. It’s good, quality sushi with no frills and no over-the-top rolls, which I actually really appreciate. Just simple, fresh, and reliable. Bonus: it’s run by lovely, friendly people who make you feel welcome every time. Definitely a go-to neighbourhood gem.
